Although formulated for body-builders and power-lifters who put a lot of strain on their joints, Animal Flex Joint Supplements could be an ideal product for the injury laden biker. Personally, I’ve got my fair share of those that can keep me off the bike at times, so I enjoyed putting this to the test. Check out my Animal Flex Joint Supplements review…
MTBs are great, but if you spend enough time on one you’re probably going to end up with sore joints in time – usually injury related. If you’re still young and rubbery you might not be feeling it yet, but for the rest of us it can really make life, and riding a lot less fun.
These supplements are a cocktail of ingredients designed to help repair connective tissue, lubricate joints and reduce soreness – plus a vitamin and mineral combo to promote general joint health.
All in daily-doses of 8 different pills and capsules, with each tub containing 44 days worth.
I’ve tried dozens of various joint supplements over the years, and what makes the biggest difference between these and other combinations is the convenience. Each daily dose is bundled together, so all you have to do is remember to rip open a packet and shove them down your cake-hole once a day. The greatest supplements in the world only work if you remember to take them, and having pre-rationed daily doses makes keeping on top of your intake simple routine.
After a couple of weeks on Animal Flex joint supplements, small niggles from old injuries seemed to fade, general joint pains from training are notable by their absence and a previously troublesome old wrist injury feels as good as it ever has, since I broke it 3 years ago.
Although I kept my expectations low, I was hoping this supplement would help with recurring back pain which is the one thing that plagues me. Since starting this regiment, my back has been aggravation free and noticeably less stiff and sore.
We Say
Without scientific back up, it’s hard to say exactly how effective any supplement is – but what I do know is how much grief I get from my back on a regular basis. On the few occasions when I’d forgotten to take the pills I definitely started to feel the difference, which makes me confident that there’s more to these little packs of pills than a placebo effect.
So if you train hard, crash a lot or suffer from battered joints Animal Flex joint supplements are well worth a try. Highly recommended.
