Here they are folks; some catalogue photos of the 2012 Specialized Demo range to wet your appetite and get you rattling that piggy bank in anticipation of a new bike…. The Demo II looks to have the new XO DH groupset and rather interestingly, also comes with a Cane Creek Double Barrel shock. The frame by all accounts looks the same as the 2011, which is a good thing as that is one sweet bike, but changing the shock from the Fox is a welcomed decision and hopefully one that won’t push the price up too far? We’re putting the last touches to our 2011 Demo review, which will be up soon and an interesting read if your looking at one of these bad boys, so stay tuned for that one.

The Demo I comes with a cheaper spec, as always, and is coming in this sweet Kawasaki inspired livery that will sell by the bucket load (hint to Specialized UK – import this bike!). Once again the frame only option is there too and like the II complete bike, it comes with the Cane Creek shock and in two colour options: one being pretty wild and the other more refined, but both are looking pretty damn sweet to say the least! These will be popular as ever and will hopefully be hitting stores sooner rather than later. Go hassle your dealer!
