Hubless BMX Concept

June 29th, 2011

By Factory Jackson in Tech

Russian graphic designer Nikolay Boltachev is making waves in the industrial design quarter with this amazing hubless BMX concept. While this project is still very much on the drawing board as Boltachev is researching hubless wheels or magnetic bearings to make the idea a reality; it certainly makes for a very clean looking bicycle, especially a BMX. Who knows where bicycle technology will go in the coming years and maybe a dramatic shift in direction is on the horizon? Only if Nikolay can make his idea work, which I sure hope he does!
