Shimano 2017 SPD Shoes – 3 of the best
We’re only just enjoying summer 2016, and the influx of 2017 product has already started! First up of the exciting new kit to hit the Factory Jackson offices is the new Shimano SPD range – in particular the AM5 Camo gravity shoe; ME5 trail shoe and the heavily featured ME7 Enduro race shoe – featuring a Michelin rubber sole!
Here they are – starting with the crazy camo Am5…
Shimano 2017 AM5 C Gravity Shoe
- £74.99

- Entry level gravity shoe
- Focussed on protection and comfort (you could nearly kick a tree down wearing these)
- Super tough – last ages
- Same grippy and stiff sole as the previous Am45
- Asymmetric mid-top design
- Lots of padding for protection
- Hook and Loop strap for customising fit
- Doubles up as fancy dress for an Ali G costume or for reviving the old Steve Geall look!
Shimano 2017 ME5 Trail Shoe
- £109.99
- Available from Madison now!

- Torbal carbon reinforced midsole design
- Stiff for pedalling but good toe flex for off the bike hiking

- Low profile reverse mount buckle and twin hook and loop straps
Shimano 2017 ME7 Enduro Race shoe
- £149.99
- Multi Condition trail and Enduro race shoe
