The Big Show in Photos – Red Bull Rampage 2012
October 8th, 2012

With panoramic scenery of epic proportions and with one of mountain biking’s most insane contests making its mark in the Utah desert, it’s hard not to get stoked on the Red Bull Rampage and the subsequent photos and video that follow. Canadian Kurt Sorge took the event with a solid, clean run and it seemed that a clean run was as important as one with style with many riders falling foul to the extreme nature of riding encouraged when riding your bike in the fine dust and steep geography of Virgin, Utah. Here’s a selection of Photos from our friends at Red Bull that will definitely put a smile on your face…

Kurt Sorge has been stomping epic ‘big mountain’ lines in his video segments for years, so it should come as no surprise that this event had his name all over it. Dialed super man over a big gap; doesn’t get any better!
Cam McCaul’s not had it too easy in recent years, but talk about a comeback!
Cam McCaul sending it!
Andreu Lacondeguy made the podium at Rampage with a 4th spot on the YT Industries bike.
No win for Semenuk this time, but I guess he’ll take the overall! Most talented rider outside of racing if not one of the most talented full stop, this kid is amazing on bike!
Brandon Semenuk’s line was mental!
Darren Berrecloth styling his way to 19th.
Just one of the best photos! Kyle Strait, on a big bike and at a big mountain contest is a recipe for radness – 9th place for the big American.
Anthony Messere, dialed suicide!
Geoff Gulevich getting it sideways and on his way to 11th.
Nico Vink whipping it for the racers and taking 13th spot. Awesome!
Chris Van Dine.
