This is genius! In an attempt to turn night skating into a cinematic and athletic display, Korean artist Koo Jeong-A has created OTRO – the world’s first glow-in-the-dark skatepark. Built in Brussels, Belgium, the various obstacles have been crafted from green, phosphorescent concrete, which glows at night making this skate park part art project and part sports facility.
