Thomas Vanderham on Rocky Mountain Bikes 2011-2012

January 14th, 2011

That’s right people, Thomas Vanderham is back on Rocky Mountain Bikes for the next two years! The 26 year old form North Vancouver is back where it all started for him ten years ago, when he first signed to Rocky Mountain at age 16. Watch the video above for some great ‘Vanderham’ whips from the present and the past.

Thomas Vanderham knows a thing or two about sending it!

Thomas will be returning to the race scene again in 2011, although only at select events. This is pretty exciting. I’ve often heard Thomas being referred to as the racers ‘freerider’. His style and poise on big travel bikes have earned him loyal fans and admirers across the world, but its the moto whip that gets everyone going and oh my, can Thomas put a bike sideways!

It looks like Thomas has retained most of his original co-sponsors but gone is the TLD helmet and it looks like he’s rocking OGK this year, made famous by a certain fast South African. Interesting stuff. 2011 just gets more exciting!

Thomas Vanderham. Legend and awesome bike handler, back on Rocky Mountain with confirmed race appearances, but where? Most likely ones in N.America, although he has hit some big Euro comps in the past, here’s hoping! More 2011 Team news as we go!
